Replacements and Refurbishments

WARMRoof3

In a NEW regular feature, we plan to show key examples of completed installations, outlining the procedures, products and final installation views to help show not only what is available to you, but what is involved.

In relation to our recent post explaining the pitfalls of Clad Over Roofs, we thought it important to show the best options out there when replacing your conservatory roof. We understand that not everyone is on the look out for a new conservatory and that refurbishment is key to many peoples needs.

Here at Bryant and Cairns we have years of experience in the area of refurbishments. We can assist you with the various products and options available to you in the marketplace. Whether you want to upgrade your existing conservatory roof with glass or a stunning solid roof to create a sunroom effect or go all the way and rebuild from the base up with our High Performance Windows, we will create a package that suits your budget.

With many people opting now for a solid roof on their existing Conservatory, it is important to know the benefits. The brand new WARMroof technology can be used in a garden room, sun room, single story extension and other extended living spaces, ensuring that every roof offers the very highest level of thermal efficiency. From the inside your new living space will be far more energy efficient and soundproof than a typical conservatory, great when you want a room to entertain or relax in all year round. From the outside, the extension to your home is designed to incorporate the features of the main house in terms of brickwork, roof tile colour and roofing pitch.

Built to last, the WARMroof technology is robust and structurally tested. The WARMroof is fully guaranteed for 10 years with tiles carring a 25 or 40 year warranty. All this results in a modern roofing solution that is designed and engineered to withstand the very harshest of climates.

Finally the WARMroof comes with a number of finishing touches to make this as individual as your home. Lighting is important and the WARMroof can offer downlighters to the inside of the roof and even outside with the canopy and corner detail options. There is also an option to add stylish pelmet section which can also house valuable additional lighting as well as a place to fix window and door blinds.

Remember that thanks to Bryant and Cairns experienced team of Sales Advisors, Designers, Installers and Customer Care, we are able to oversee every details from start to finish, without the need for external architects or sub contractors: Everything is dealt with under one roof!

CASE STUDY I: REPLACEMENT ROOF

An existing conservatory built with a polycarbonate roof. Bryant and Cairns were able to remove the old roof and installed a beautiful solid roof onto the existing window frames. The new roof is both thermally efficient whilst being sympathetic to the existing details of the home and ties in with the rest of the property.

CASE STUDY III: REPLACEMENT ROOF

Another recent refurbishment that required Bryant and Cairns to remove the existing polycarbonate roof and replace with a new solid roof. Once again, Bryant and Cairns were able to work with the existing brickwork and UPVc windows and fit the new roof directly, keeping costs down for the client.

All roof elements were selected to ensure the new installation matched perfectly with the existing details of the home, proving for a seamless transformation. The transformation was completed with the inclusion of new window blinds, supplied and fitted by Bryant and Cairns.

CASE STUDY V: REPLACEMENT ROOF

Another great example of  a Bryant and Cairns refurbishment. Once again, we were able to work with the existing brickwork and windows and simply replace the polycarbonate roof with the new solid roof.

This effective option of replacing only the roof manages to bring new life into the extension without the cost of having to replace every element.
