We will coordinate absolutely everything so that you don't have to.

Meeting With Your Product Specialist

• Your design and quote will be managed by a dedicated Product Specialist

You can arrange to meet with our Product Specialist at home, our showroom and conservatory village or even online via a suitable video service. This initial conversation will cover your original product enquiry, expanding on design ideas and ensuring the build is suitable in relation to your existing home.

We will cover all aspects of the design, from colour, roof types and configuration of windows and internal/external doors. Our Specialist will then compile sizes and a detailed product list to provide you with a quotation.

From Virtual To Reality

• As part of your quotation, your Product Specialist will provide a detailed cost and visualisation of your new space.

Having worked closely with you on your design, the Product Specialist will provide a detailed cost of your proposed installation as well as a visualisation to help you better understand how your new space is going to look.

Here you can cover any final details before progressing to order stage.

Site Survey

• Once your design has progressed to order, you will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager

Your Project Manager will carry out a detailed site survey. This will include a foundation inspection and obtaining precise measurements for your build. They will be happy to discuss any additional details of the project that you wish to cover. Your Project Manager will ensure you are kept up to date with progress of your job from this moment on, right through to the completion of your project.

Planning and Building Regulations

• Your Project Manager and Project Architect will prepare your drawings for manufacture and planning

Our in-house architects will prepare your projects architectural drawings and submit for local authority planning permissions on your behalf. This process can take up to 8-10 weeks, but it's entirely dependant on the local authority. Your Project Manager and Architect will keep you informed as this stage progresses.

• Schedules and order management is carried out by our In-House Team

All aspects of scheduling your job and manufacture of products will be managed by our in-house team. You will be updated with a schedule of works, outlining when jobs will be carried out and by whom. Our team will always know how your job is progressing and they will liaise with your Project Manager to ensure you do too.

Fabrication Of Your Home Extension Products

• Manufacture of all products is carried out by our Fabrication Partners

All of our products including our award winning solid roofs are manufactured by our dedicated fabrication partners using the latest state-of-the-art fabrication techniques. Our products are only ever produced by our dedicated fabrication partners to ensure both consistency and the highest standard of product.

Your products will be manufactured and subject to thorough quality checks to ensure everything is to our high standard and ready for your install.

Installation Of Your Extension

• Installation of products is conducted by our own installer teams and dedicated building partners

Installations are only ever conducted by our own qualified installer teams and vetted building partners. Our teams will arrive promptly on the specified days of installation to carry out the required works. The length of time on site for our builder partners and installer teams will be determined by the size of your project. As we only use our own teams, coordination and time keeping is managed in-house so you can always be sure of a highly efficient install.
