BI-FOLD DOORS

We had all our windows and 1 door replaced and it was a very easy process. Everyone was very easy to contact and the install went smoothly. We’ve already recommended them to our neighbours.

This is our first experience with the company. The showroom was well laid out and Alan was there to advise us on a new back door. He listened and understood exactly what we needed. Everyone we came in contact with were very professional. On the day the door was fitted the guys arrived early, got themselves set up and got the door fitted in good time. They were incredibly tidy and very professional. We are so pleased, it's completely different to the original door and we love it.

Having used Bryant and Cairns before and seen first-hand their service and products, we ordered doors from them last year. There were a few issues with one of the doors. To their credit, they did everything possible to resolve each issue, including some decisive steps that I’m reasonably confident that not a lot of companies would have considered. Everything is now resolved and we’re very happy. It is inevitable that, on occasion, things go wrong - it’s how a company deals with them that gives a true picture of it and its values. Bryant and Cairns have really exceeded our expectations 99% of the time. We will happily use them again in the future.

Had a new door fitted and we are very pleased with it. Staff were all very helpful and the company did everything on time as promised. Fitters were excellent and tidied up after every step.
