Your dedicated Product Specialist will cover all factors to be considered when purchasing new windows or doors, from opening style, colour to finishes and hardware. Out Specialists will also ensure that all products adhere to relevant Scottish Building Regulations.

Once the right products have been selected to suit your style choices and your home, our Specialist will check all sizes and confirm product specifications to ensure a detailed and accurate quotation can be provided.

Carrying Out Your Site Survey

• Once your quote has progressed to order, your job will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager

Your Project Manager will conduct an extensive site survey, taking concise measurements and ensuring every detail of the project has been considered in readiness for manufacture and installation. They will be able to answer any questions you have and discuss any elements of the project you are unclear on. If your project requires planning permission, our Project Manager will organise this and manage it on your behalf. Your Project Manager will ensure you are kept up to date with progress of your job and ensure everything is on track for your installation date.

Schedule Of Works

• Schedules and order management is carried out by our In-House Team

All aspects of scheduling your job and manufacture of products will be managed by our in-house team. You will be updated with a schedule of works, outlining when jobs will be carried out and by whom. Our team will always know how your job is progressing and they will liaise with your Project Manager to ensure you do too.

Bespoke Design and Build For You

• Manufacture of all products is carried out by our Fabrication Partners

All of our windows and doors are manufactured by our dedicated fabrication partners using the latest state-of-the-art fabrication techniques. Our products are only ever produced by our dedicated fabrication partners to ensure both consistency and the highest standard of product.

Your windows and doors will be fabricated based upon the Surveyors details, ensuring every detail is exact and constructed to the correct specification for your project.

Installation Of Your New Windows And Doors

• Installation of products is never outsourced. We only use our own joiners and window fitter teams

Installations are only ever conducted by our own qualified installer teams. Our teams will arrive promptly on the designated day of installation to carry out the required works. The length of time on site will be determined by the number of products to be fitted, but will have been discussed prior to your installation beginning. Our teams will work efficiently and in a clean and concise manner, ensuring you are always fully aware of how things are progressing.

Our teams pride themselves on their standard of work and will always ensure your home is treated carefully and left as clean as when they first arrived.

Internal Finishes

• Once your windows and doors have been successfully installed, our finishing joiners and plasterers will complete the installation.

Our finishing joiners and plasterers will ensure all the final details, such as internal cills are completed to a high standard. Your home will be left clean and ready for you to enjoy your new home improvement additions for many years to come.
