This is our first experience with the company. The showroom was well laid out and Alan was there to advise us on a new back door. He listened and understood exactly what we needed. Everyone we came in contact with were very professional. On the day the door was fitted the guys arrived early, got themselves set up and got the door fitted in good time. They were incredibly tidy and very professional. We are so pleased, it's completely different to the original door and we love it.

From start to finish (2 days), I had all my windows and new door fitted. Initial meeting with Gary was great, giving expert advice and pricing. Ongoing communication was excellent and the workmen (father and son) carried out the work efficiently and with obvious expertise. Left each day having ensured everything was clean. Would recommend to friends etc..

Had a back porch renovation with everything explained beforehand. It was a multi-trade project so took a wee bit longer than expected but the workmen took a great interest in getting the job right. One guy even suggested an improvement to the plan as well. There were a few hiccups, but the mark of a good company is how they deal with problems, B & C fixed everything the following day. They also managed to match the harling almost perfectly - even though the existing harling hasn't been available for 40 years.

Very lovely company, I have only good, positive things to say. Work was done with care and up to detail. Very good quality windows and doors. Fast paced and careful and clean! Loads of variations to choose from and can see all window types in their showroom. My old windows were so old I could hear all noises from outside like it was in the room, however the change of windows 150% improved this. Also no draft and beautiful,easy to open windows. If you are one of those people who have trust issues these days with companies that do windows/doors etc I really really recommend them, they did more for what I wished for my house!!! Amazing!!! ☺️

Bryant and Cairns were excellent. We had awkward window and door replacement across half of our house and got brilliant help from Chris to come up with the best solution. He went out of his way, often working out of hours to help us. The actual fitting from the team was really professional and efficient. Really good guys. We had other builders in at the same time but B&C didn’t complain about the complications that made. They came back a couple of times to make sure the finish was 100% and that we were happy. The quality of the windows is also excellent and the price fair so I would recommend for any similar job.

Having used Bryant and Cairns before and seen first-hand their service and products, we ordered doors from them last year. There were a few issues with one of the doors. To their credit, they did everything possible to resolve each issue, including some decisive steps that I’m reasonably confident that not a lot of companies would have considered. Everything is now resolved and we’re very happy. It is inevitable that, on occasion, things go wrong - it’s how a company deals with them that gives a true picture of it and its values. Bryant and Cairns have really exceeded our expectations 99% of the time. We will happily use them again in the future.

Delighted with my replacement bathroom window. They were able to have the window made and installed in time for my bathroom refit. Opted to have no finishes internally as was getting it tiled. The sandblasted glass gives plenty privacy but still allows ample light. Happy to recommend Bryan and Cairns

In just under 2 weeks we had our warmroof fitted to our conservatory… now sunroom. The difference in temperature is amazing. Bryant and Cairns are always professional with excellent customer service.

The job was excellent with a quick and easy installation. The boys were so careful with our property and very friendly. The only criticism I’d give is a lack of communication at the very end when someone turned up at our house to finish the job that we hadn’t been advised of. Other than that I’d recommend them as overall the job was excellent.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Gary made us feel comfortable, with no pushy sales tactics, despite us making a few changes to our quote and order. Can’t fault the fitters, very helpful and friendly, protecting all our belongings with dust sheets and tidying up any mess. We were left with very little damage to surrounding walls. There were a couple of minor snagging issues that the fitters identified themselves and these were quickly resolved. The windows and doors themselves are perfect and we couldn’t be happier with them.

This is the second time we have used B&C. Last time they replaced the windows and doors downstairs and now this time upstairs. Excellent and secure work.

Windows have been in for 6 months now. Going back to the pre sale and actual installation everything was fantastic. No pushy salesman and everything we asked for was delivered. The guys who did the installation were great and dealt with any issues they had quickly and effectively. A couple of minor snagging issues the installation guys discovered and they were also dealt with without any fuss or bother. Great service from start to finish and we are still very happy with the product.

Beautiful new windows installed efficiently and well. Only quibble was that I was not aware that in choosing wooden surrounds rather than PVC, these would be mahogany and not white, and would need painting or varnishing. Although it was stated in the quotation document it looked like a code, and I did not pay attention to it.

Everything done to a high standard and well within timescales promised. Very satisfied with build and service provided.

Bryant & Cairns built our conservatory 12 years ago. They did a good job. We decided to make the conservatory more usable all year round. We got them to put a new Warmroof on for us, replacing the glass roof with a solid roof. From initial consultation to final installation it went very smoothly. They take care to explain everything and the installation itself was first class. We now have a very modern extra room in the house which is more comfortable and usable. We could not fault the workmanship. They were tidy and considerate workmen. The job was disruptive but at no time were we stressed about it. Overall we are glad we stuck with Bryant and Cairns to build our new sunroom and we can therefore thoroughly recommend them.

I moved into a new house last December. The previous owner had had the windows installed and had left me the guarantee document. One of the catches on a bathroom window was broken. I contacted Bryant and Cairns by email and they called me back promptly and came out to replace the window catch within a couple of days. I had expected to have to push for this to happen, but the process was quick, friendly and painless. Excellent customer service.

Had my whole house installed with new windows front and back doors and a sliding door. Right from the start Gary the sales agent was great. 2 guys turned up the first day at 9am as agreed. 5 days later the whole house was done there were a couple of thing which had to be put right but these were done in under 2 weeks there was no deposit I paid once all was completed. From first phone call to Bryant & Cairns we knew we had chosen well. Gary the Salesman was so knowledgeable, kind, no 2 hour sales pitch we had from other companies. Straight to the point. Helped us pick what we needed to make our home warmer. Lovely man. Then we met Mark, the Surveyor. Again, brilliant, polite and again very kind in suggesting alternative sills. He was right of course. Then the fitters Brad and Craig. Poor guys came to fit during a major gale force storm. They were polite, got on with the fitting and were conscious that we would be feeling the cold. The did a grand job, neat and tidy, windows are so nice. Our home is so much warmer. We cannot thank Bryant & Cairns enough from office staff and really a whole team that work really well together.
